A few good questions

Which pets are these for?

The snuffle snail is intended for supervised play with small to medium dogs, and the rope toy set is for tugging and tossing with your dog. The Christmas Tree Hideaway is a bed for cats and small dogs, and the Flapping Bird is a cat toy. None of the toys is a heavy-chewer toy. Choose sizes your dog cannot swallow, inspect before play, and remove damaged toys.

Are treats or batteries included?

The snail, rope toys and Hideaway need no batteries; the Flapping Bird is USB rechargeable. Treats are not included with the snail. Use small dry treats that suit your dog and account for them in their daily food allowance.

How long does US delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 6 to 14 business days, and every order ships free with tracking. Each product page shows the estimated delivery dates for an order placed today.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas?

To get your order by Christmas, place it by Thursday, December 3. Carriers get busy in December, so earlier is better. If a gift has to arrive by a certain date, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it should make it.

Are these exclusive Novilo designs?

Novilo is a small, hand-picked collection. We don't claim to make every design ourselves: we choose each one for a clever detail or a cozy moment, and list the measurements on each product page.

How do I track my order?

Visit our Track your order page to access your order status and available carrier tracking links. You can also use the order-status link in your confirmation email.
