Shipping policy

We ship to the United States. Every order ships free, with tracking.

Delivery times: Most orders arrive within 6 to 14 business days of being placed, depending on the item and your location. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status on our Track your order page. A new tracking number may not show movement until the carrier scans the parcel.

Multiple items: If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Holiday season: Carriers are busier around the holidays, so please order early for gifts. If you need an order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it should arrive in time.

Delays and lost parcels: If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us at noviloss99@gmail.com with your order number and we will help.
