Returns
Unused items: return them within 30 days, in their original packaging. You pay the return postage, and we send you the address first so you can check the cost.
Damaged, defective or wrong item: send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Used beds and toys: we can't take these back for hygiene reasons, unless they're damaged or defective.
Engraved items: made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made a mistake on the engraving.
